תנאי שימוש באפליקציית עמדה
ברוכים הבאים לאפליקציית עמדה (להלן: “האפליקציה”), שבבעלותה ובניהולה של חברת ספנת (להלן: “החברה”), דוא”ל: contact@emda-station.com.
האפליקציה הינה פלטפורמה למציאת עמדות טעינה לרכבים חשמליים, שיתוף מידע וחוויות משתמשים.
1.0 רישיון שימוש מוגבל
- בכפוף לכך שתציית לתנאי הסכם זה, ניתן לך בזאת רישיון שימוש מוגבל בשירותי האפליקציה.
- האפליקציה ו/או מי מטעמה אינם מתחייבים לשמור על מידע שהוזן לאפליקציה על ידך.
- חל איסור מוחלט לבצע הנדסה לאחור של האפליקציה או להשתמש בה באופן העלול לפגוע בתפקודה התקין.
1.1 הגבלת אחריות
- המידע באפליקציה ניתן AS IS ואיננו מתחייבים לדיוקו או נכונותו.
- האפליקציה לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק, ישיר או עקיף, שייגרם למשתמש.
- המידע על עמדות הטעינה מתבסס על דיווחי משתמשים ומקורות שונים, ועשוי להשתנות.
2.0 מדיניות פרטיות
- האפליקציה אוספת מידע אישי כגון שם, דוא”ל ומיקום לצורך מתן השירות.
- המידע נשמר במאגרי החברה ומשמש לשיפור השירות ולצרכים סטטיסטיים.
- האפליקציה עשויה לשלוח עדכונים והודעות בנוגע לשירות.
- משתמשים רשאים לבקש את מחיקת חשבונם והמידע הקשור אליהם על ידי שליחת בקשה לדוא”ל: contact@emda-station.com
2.1 שימוש במידע

3.0 קניין רוחני
- כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באפליקציה שייכות לחברה.
- אין להעתיק, לשכפל או להפיץ תכנים מהאפליקציה ללא אישור.
- המשתמשים מעניקים לאפליקציה רישיון לא בלעדי לשימוש בתכנים שהם מעלים.
4.0 סמכות שיפוט
כל מחלוקת תידון בבית הדין של כסא רחמים בבני ברק, לפי הדין העברי בלבד.
5.0 יצירת קשר
ניתן לדווח על תקלות או בעיות באפליקציה באמצעות: דוא”ל: contact@emda-station.com

Terms of Use for Emda App
Welcome to Emda App (hereinafter: “the App”), owned and operated by Spanat Company (hereinafter: “the Company”), email: contact@emda-station.com.
The App is a platform for finding electric vehicle charging stations, sharing information and user experiences.
1.0 Limited Use License
- Subject to your compliance with this agreement, you are hereby granted a limited license to use the App’s services.
- The App and/or its representatives do not commit to maintaining information you enter into the App.
- It is strictly forbidden to reverse engineer the App or use it in a way that might impair its proper functioning.
1.1 Limitation of Liability
- The information in the App is provided AS IS and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy or correctness.
- The App shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user.
- Information about charging stations is based on user reports and various sources, and may change.
2.0 Privacy Policy
- The App collects personal information such as name, email, and location for service provision.
- The information is stored in the Company’s databases and is used for service improvement and statistical purposes.
- The App may send updates and notifications regarding the service.
- Users may request the deletion of their account and related information by sending a request to: contact@emda-station.com
2.1 Use of Information

3.0 Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Company.

4.0 Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be discussed in the Kisei Rachamim Court in Bnei Brak, according to Jewish law only.
